How can i match this MOS operating point values

i have a nmos OP as

From this table i substituted values to general mos equivalent circuit. But i am unable to get the value of VDS=1 as in the above table.



Plz help me out. Pardon me for asking a simple question like this.

The value of Vds must be forced explicitly on the NMOS transistor.

Thanks, but if i have a mos equivalent structure(all 3 are in saturation) like the one in figure. How can i do it.

My main objective is to find the voltage across each GDS which nothing but VDS of the that mos.


PS: i am using this figure as an example only

Whatever current sources you are using to model a transconductance device may have infinite imedance,and hence you can not define voltage across them..

This is small signal equvalent circuit. How can you get a dc value from it!!!!
