Does anyone have any idea which transformer I can find in the market to convert several volt to several kilo-volt? The working frequency is about 100Hz to 1kHz. Current just needs several mA. Thanks.

You can use following options
1. Ignition coil from a two wheeler startup application.
2. A old microwave ovan transformer

You should be very carefull while working in High voltage

Just to remamber:
1mA - strong shock.
4mA - danger of hearth stop.
10ma - hearth fibrillation (hearth stop and doesn't start anymore).

A transformer that might give up to 2mA could be the one from color TVs, take the ones used for large screens....

BU208 would be the transistor that would do quite well the job at 15kHz for not so much money....
