Hi all,

I have a small ramp signal of 10 Hz of levels +1 to -1 volt which is to be taken to voltage levels of +/- 60 volts.
Currently we are using PA 85 IC which can obtain such high voltage levels but it is quite expensive.

I wanted to ask if any one has made any amplifier with such high output voltage levels using transistors? also the output current requirements are upto 150 mAmp.
Thanks in advance.

Regards,
falcon

What about a HV AF Power Amplifier, like Sanyo's STK0100II, STK3102III, STK4044II, STK4048II series?
