Hello,

I am simulating an inductor with a center-tap with HFSS.

I am importing a gds file from Cadence virtuoso to measure the L value, but I am struggling with the port handling of center-tap.

My center-tap is not connected to GND, it is connected to VDD voltage.

But I didn't know how to connect the port, so I just connected it to GND and got 549pH when the ideal value is 500pH.

(GND is just M1. I didn't give it a specific PEC condition or reference. However, M1 will be connected to gnd later in the layout.)

My question is, what should I do with the port when the center-tap voltage is not GND?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

(Both light blue and dark blue are M1.)
