Help! RGB to YUV calculation

Hello,

I find difficultly in solving transformation of RGB to YUV.

Actually, I don't know what is relationship between RGB (YUV) and the composite video signal (VR & VB).

How to use Y,U,V three equations to find VR,VB and two weighting factors for U & V. Can anyone teach me?
