Help requsted for secret code of LG 28" TV

secret code for lg tv

Hi everybody.
The picture of my 28" LG TV (CT29Q90IP) has got wider so that I can not see parts of picture on sides. I have already tried the zoom function on remote controle but the picture is too wide and I can not zoom it enough.
Sombody told me that I have to use the secret code.
Can anybody provide me with this secret code.

All these experts and nobody can help me!
Maybe my request wasn't clear enouph.
All I need is the secret code or service manual for this TV.

Look at these kinds of kits, see if LG is really made by someone else..

It'll be your horizontal caps etc going bad. Fairly easy to fix if you're competent to go inside the set.
