No. for a single winding o/p (4 diodes) you need to split it, layer one = 1/2 HV, layer 2 = LV, layer 3 = other half HV, you can put the two HV windings in series ...

I have made the transformer exactly like that. i.e., 18 turns sec, then on top 4 turns prim and then on top 18 sec turns again.
