Hi everybody. I got some problem in understanding the algorithm of MQ-CODER of JPEG2000. Can anyone tell me why in INITIALIZATION procedure the counter must set to 12 and what's the function of three bits "sss" in C register and another problem is " MPS(CX) = '0' or '1' based on what". Thank you very much!
