Help me out with Nokia 6210 interface using DLR-3 cable

hey all;

i'm a newbie and it is my first time to interface a mobile phone ..

i wanna interface nokia 6210 with a UART in my PSOC..after some search i found that this can be achieved via DLR-3 cable

i searched on this type..I found many topics on how to build a self made DLR-3 and they usaually uses with it MAX 3232..but i donn wanna to make all that i just wanna buy it..is it available??
and after i can get it can i just use it with AT commands or i must use fbus style communication

please all i need your help as soon as possible..it is urgent

but please i need an answer for the second part of my question..if i got the cable then what??
use AT commands directly or that fbus which is confusing me alot:'(
