Any body help me how to simulate Latch up circuits in IO .

latch? you can care the setup/hold time, delay time.
slew rate etal.
 

If you don't know how to simulate latch up - give up this idea. Just follow design rule.
 

I think it is difficuit simulate for the model is not so accurate.
