hello everyone, this is my first post !

can u help me in making a 89s52 programmer using 74hc541, not 74hct541 ?
can u provide a circuit diagram of this ?

i hav 2 74hc541 ics from philips.

I think it is not good design

It may work for sometime. One fine morning it will not be working. I cant really find why it happens.

It is better to use hct.

btw There are circuits other than 541 and some that doesnt need a buffer atall
Try one of those if you are interested.

I think you need the HCT IC and not HC because the HCT have TTL input . that means it works with some new 3.3v Parallel ports... anyway It can work in some computers and in some others maybe not... remember the make your ISP with short cable....
