H.264/AVC decoder requirement for TI c55

Is it possible to use one TI C55 chip to decode the H.264/AVC and what is the mips, memory requirement for it?
 

I think first you should be familiar with H.264. you can evaluate the computation complexity and memory requiremets. First you should have C source code. you can evaluate it. Then you can use C compiler to compile it and run on TI C55 platform. The real-world performance is obtained. This evaluation is coarse.

but you should choose baseline and make some optimization.
ex. ME in asm.
