GSM/GPRS modem connecting to web server stored on microcontroller

I want to connect GSM/GPRS modem to web server stored on microcontroller.
what are the steps to be performed. i am completly new to this.

i am working on GPS tracker device. controller is not yet decided. i think LPC2387 is to be use. i want to connect GPRS modem with web server stored on microcontroller to send coordinates tracked by GPS reciever. what should be steps to be perform during this project..

follow my earlier thread advice... play with GPRS on hyperterminal and then start on with 2378
