As you are having basic ideas on this its better to go with the digital sensors for all the parameters which you are going to use. If you are quite experienced with analog then only proceed with analog sensors

If it is HR 202 module like this it can be directly interfaced.

I recently did a project with a DHT-11, and I can highly recommend this sensor for humidity. For temperature, it is not as accurate as dedicated temperature sensors.

For more precision, you can use his brother DHT22:
DHT11 Maximun Accuray ±2ºC
DHT22/AM2302 Accuray ±0.5ºC
