Hi,

I want to design GSG CPW Test Fixture using HFSS.

I want to design this test Fixture for the Spiral Inductor Measurement under CMOS Technology.


Can any one have any sample designed structures especially of 3-D figure or any simulation files.

Every where I can see the 2-D structures and do not get any information about 3D like internal metal layers etc.

Please help me !!!!
