fire fighting robots...help me

hai.........
my project based on fire fighting robots.it consist of three robots which always search for fire.each robot equiped with wireless camera.the remot station consist of a pc.if any robot can detect the fire,all the remaining robot also comes throught the fire area.how can be implement this project.in which software can use for multi object tracking.plz help me .
