Ethernet MAC ..urgent query

In MAC.........
Reciver MAC.....
If Promiscuous enable is low.....
The mac passes pakets with destination address.....
if it is broadcast address....
if it is valid multi cast address......
if the unicast address matchess........

If the paket is pause pkt......
then mac passes PAUSE pakets with destination address.....
If it is broadcast address.....
If its unicast address matches......
If address is 01_80_c2_00_00_01(IEEE reserved multicast address).......

The above reserved address is multicast address........

What about other multicast address????

Weather the RXMAC can pass the PAUSE packet with MULTICAST address(other than the IEEE reserved) to uppper layer when Promiscuous enable is low????
