Esd cells in faraday library

HI , iam not able to find ESD cells in faraday library(130nm) please help me its very urgent i have to report to my guide...please reply as soon as possible.Some of my frends say that esd cells are inbuilt in I/O pad is it true..but i have checked in faraday I/O cells library they only give layout not schematic is there any way to extrct circuit from layout....Please reply soon....
