Error in cadence virtuoso

I created a mos model by veriloga.
The model name is mosmodel. Then i created a .scs file to overwrite the parameters in that mos model.
When i tried to simulate a circuit , I got the errors.

ERROR (SFE-23): "....../mos6013.scs" 7: The primitive 'mosmodel' could not be found when attempting to creat the model 'nmos6013'
ERROR (SFE-23): "input.scs" 16: M1 is an instance of an undefined model nmos6012.

anybody can help me?
