can any one give the exact circuit to interface LCD JHD162 to 89S52 micro controller?

There is no term as exact circuit to connect a 16x2 lcd with a microcontroller.

You need 6 I/O pins of a MCU, two of them go to R/S and E pins of LCD, 4 higher bit of a PORT goes to data lines 4:7 of LCD.

what does that mean there are two methods 4 bit and 8 bit method which one do you want ?
