eeprom [93xx 24xx] programmer , problem

i made eeprom [93xx 24xx] programmer from this link

but, after connect to pc ,run a software it shows >

> start , sda high ! [A=0000]

any idea to make it work or any other good 93xx programmer

i am using comm port 1, xp os .

i type command at c prompt as C:/eeprom/COM1 to run eeprom.exe

I have the same problem with serial port version,
the solution for me was change ZD 1,2,3 and 4 from 4,7 V to 5,1 V
