Dual count up timer with lights

I am trying to build a simple timer. I need two count up timers that light up their respective lights with lcd display. My idea was to use 2 kitchen timers with display and led lights. I found led puck lights with on/off switches, but the kitchen timers use a momentary switch. Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated
