Hi ...
here goes my question...i am reading about substrate noise coupling..
i found something like

lightley doped substrate will be highley resistive and noise attenuation will be better.
and reverse is the case for highly doped substrate. like
highly doped substrate ---> less resistive---> poor noise attenuation.

if the statement is correct ..please give me the reason how highly resistive substrate will be more immune to noise???
plz help me as i have to giv presentation on substrate noise.....urgent plz

thanks in advance

Hi there - this might help you...
