[ARM] doubt in interrupt register values

hiiii...i am working wid lpc2148 interrupt register when i gt confused wid few data..
1) If a bit in VICIntSelect is 0 den its Vectored IRQ ryt?

VICIntSelect=~(1<<15) selects EINT1
VICVectCntl0=(1<<5)|15; here bit 5 is set to 0 which mean enable non vectored default IRQ....
y is dat so??shouldnt dat bit be set to 1...i saw dis in 2 sites and dey did d same as above...cud sumone clarify dis doubt plss
