HI. there

I am using HSPICE TOOL to simulate noise.

".noise" That's all i know...

As all of you know , there are a bunch of noises in circuit.

like.... flicker , shot noise etc...

Dose anyone know this ".noise" means?
which one mean? flicker? shot? ... johnson noise...? or all of them!?

if you teach me other noise simulating methode by HSPICE
i will be appriciated

Sorry for my bad english :)

Thank you :)

I suggest to read the reference manual about implemented noise models with different component types. Taking as granted that you know what noise is, you'll be able to identify the respective parameters. Generally: Yes SPICE simulators, also HSPICE allow to simulate all relevant noise sources in electronic components with the .noise analysis. Vendor libraries for parts possibly don't set all parameters, e.g. for 1/f (flicker) noise correctly. Basic semiconductor (shot) and resistor (johnson) noise will always be modelled.
