Greetings all,
When I open the layout view of a spiral inductor from a pdk I was given, the layout looks like this
I am still a newcomer in layout design, but I do know a spiral inductor is supposed to look something like this
The octogonal shape isn't even appearing in the layout above. I'm currently using cadence virtuoso 6.17. Did anyone ever run into this sort of problem before? Any suggestions as to what might be causing this problem?
