hi

what is the difference between ASIC & FPGA

please give detail

thanks advance

ASIC is Application Specific Integrated Circuit. It can be analogue or digital and the silicon is specifically made for your application.

An FPGA is a general purpose programmable digital chip. Different people can use it for different purposes by changing the configuration.
