difference between 89c51 ,89c51rd2xx,89c51ra2xx,89c51rb2xx

can anybody telll me wt s the differene between alll above mentioned and what if we choose the package 89c51ra2xx while burning and the given microcontroller is at89c51, can it run the code??????????

you can execute a code written for 89c51 in all the above controllers.

but you cannot fully execute the code written for 89c51rd2xx,89c51ra2xx,89c51rb2xx in 89c51.

If you are using flash magic tool then burning 89c51 with 89c51ra2xx will work as i have tried it myself
