incremental spef

SPEF is a standard parasitic exchange format which contains Resistance and Capacitance values and the unit is ohms and farads

SDF is standard delay format unit is nanoseconds
Incremental SDF is also same as sdf but it contains only net delays where as SDF contains Net delay as well as Cell delay

Bye take care

SDF contains Net delay as well as Cell delay
What about transition delays over the cells? Are they also included in SDF? Always?

Thank you!
