I have a upcoming project that is required to design transmitter circuit and receiver circuit to transmit at 145MHz and receive at 145MHz.

The design should be based on BJTs etc. Should be done step by step for example Preamplifier one module, oscillator one module power amplifier another. The lists goes on.

I would like to know is there any website that I can go to, to know how to start and the calculations and stuff. It would be good if there is also something about the calculations of the matching impedance.

144 MHZ is a radio amateur band, so I would think that there will be modules or complete kits available. No point in re-inventing the wheel!

I think the modules I am referring is like oscillator in one board, preamplifier in one board etc. I don't think there are circuits available in the internet?

did you actually look at the radio amateur websites???

I have tried searching for stuff but till now I cannot seem to find any calculations or circuits for my requirements.
