Hi everyone.. good day,

I want to design an inverter using s-edit v13 but i dont know how to use the software. I only familiar with version 9.. Can somebody educate me on how to design it using version 13.. I'm familiar with L-Edit Version 13 because it is not differ much compare to version 9. This is my PMOS and NMOS design after simulate using L -Edit..

*M1 Vdd Vin Vout Vdd PMOS L=300n W=900n AD=675f PD=3.3u AS=810f PS=3.6u

*M2 Vout Vin Vss Vss NMOS L=300n W=450n AD=877.5f PD=3.9u AS=742.5f PS=3.6u

---in summary my inverter consist of Wp/Lp = 900n/300n and Wn/Ln = 450n/300n.

Can somebody educate me how to use S-Edit. Appreciate that. Thanks
