This is a code for merging & sorting using functions (call by reference).Couldn't find what's wrong in this code !!!

Somebody, please identify the bug!!!

Size of array a[] and b[] are both 100 elements. c[] is also 100 elements. If a[] and b[] is merged into c[] will it fit in c[]? Will 200 elements fit in 100 elements?
