dc level shifter circuit

Since the applicatgion is limited to 0 to 4 volt o/p and 2 to -2 volt input an OPAMP can conveniently be used. Put a +2 volt supply to the non-inverting amplifier and the input to the inverting amplifier through a 1k resistor. In the feedbac path use a same 1k resistor.

Depending on your curent requirement and load pecification you may need a buffer at the output of the circuit.
