Hello...
i have a small project in the university concerning sine wave dc/ac inverter.
i want to run a small induction motor, so the maximum power of the inverter is 1200w.
i did the control part and i generate a sine pwm signal from pic18f2331 microcontroller, but my problem with the IGBT and their drives.. really i don't know which transistor and which drive to choose for my application.
If any one has information about the type and the data sheet of any transistor and their drives please reply.
