Diode across DC/DC converter?

Hi Board!
noticed the 12V/5V DC/DC AP63357 has probably some body diode from output (Anode) to input (Cathode)
Sometimes the circuit is powered directly with 5V, so the 12V relais and 12V lights at the 12V rail are now powered (ca 5V-0.4V @400mA) by this intrinsic diode.
Should I be worried that the diode might get stressed too much?
I understand that the diodes' FET is probably powering all, but unsure about that path.
Should I put an actual diode across output (Anode) to input (Cathode)?
I'm using SparkFun BabyBuck Regulator Breakout - 5V (AP63357)
 
Data sheet doesn't specify current rating for body diode. If you expect high current capable source connected to output or possible short of input node with charged output capacitors, I would provide a protection diode.
 
You could put a blocking diode to the input.....with a capacitor downstream of it.
Or a pllel schottky 'cross the fet as others say
