data synchronization for SSCG and Non-SSCG

Hi,

I have a annoying problem:

How to design a interface circuits to synchronize the data event between a non spread spectrum clock (with a fixed 10 MHz ) and spread spectrum clock (with triangle modulation, 15% spread ratio, modualting frequency is 30 kHz, and its average frequency is 10 MHz) ?

I hope someone can really help me out or point me some relavent references, thanks !

Hi,
SSCG is popular to put in my design.
I usually design a FIFO to complete data synchronization.
Please refer to the attached file.
