What is the difference between current switch and a voltage switch?

How MOSFETs are used as current/Voltage Switch?

Hi,

What is the difference between current switch and a voltage switch?

What document are you referring to?
It´s a relatively vague question therefore we need to know the context.

As a general answer:
If a mosfet switches "voltage" it will also switch "current" and vice versa.

In a mixer (gilbert cell), whether the diff pairs acts as a current/voltage switch? What are the properties to find out if a mosfet acts as a votage/current switch?

Hi,
I used Wikipeda gilbert cell.
Nothing about a switch.

--> Nobody can help you if you don´t say what document you refer to.
