Hai ,

If any path is defined as false path , will tool do si analysis for that path ? willl tool do crosstalk and noise analysis on that path . If yes , then why

Yes, because switching on the false can affect a near by path which is not a false path.
 

ya..exactly what says by jaya sree..false path will not effect the timing but it can creates cross talk issues..so tool will do si analysis including false paths..
