where can I find detailed setup of the corner simulation in spectre?

Hi fanshuo,
the simulator corner libs normally are supplied by the provider or fab which provides the design kit - mostly together with the sim. models' lib(s). Herein, only the process corners are defined, of course. The voltage & temperature corners depend on your application and will be defined in your sim. setUp.

Sure. In the Virtuoso ADE window menu select Setup -> Model Libraries ...
and insert the model/corner files of your choice. For an individual corner simulation,
disable the unused files (#), s. picture below.

Your snapshot can only give one corner simulation result once. Spectre provides a particular corner analyse tool. See cadence helps.

you can create a pcf file including all kinds of corners you want,also you can define supply voltage as a variable

what if you have more than a hundred of different combinations?It is better write a ocean program for it, I think
