Converting 8051 Mnemonics to Opcode

Hello all,
I want to convert the 8051 mnemonics into its corresponding opcode.
Can somebody provide with the program for doing that..

The motivation behind this is: Am designing a 8051 trainer kit for myself..
Am using one 8051 for converting the mnemonics into opcode..then the
converted mnemonics will be given to another 8051(main part of the trainer kit)
which will run the program accordingly..

Am in the part of designing the mnemonics to opcode conversion part..
