Its a college work and I have to design OTA for ECG acquisition system using cadence software. I just want to simulate but I dont have idea about using CMFB circuit how to check what should vref be?

Some possible solutions are given already.

But it's like you are asking for the price of a ticket, but don't say what transportmedium to use, don't say where you want to start your travel and don't know what's the target of your travel.
--> but the price of the ticket (in your case Vcm) depends on all these informations.
