hi..what is the simplest circuit for reducing power consumption in pcb like system..also how it works

Can You explain more with more informations? You should use resistor to decrease current, there is circuit to decrese relay current,....

Make the PCB tracks as wide as possible to reduce the effective resistance

what is the circuit for reducing power consumption

hi how to draw a circuit for reducing power consumption in electronic circuits and how it works...

Re: what is the circuit for reducing power consumption

Hi,

You posted the exact same question couple of hours ago. Please don't spam the forum with repeated post.

Can you please give more details about your question? What electronic circuit are you referring to? Power supply system? modulator? Let us know. We will gladly help.

Re: what is the circuit for reducing power consumption

actually i am using termination resister for minimizing signal reflection in pcb tracks.while using that method because of adding additional element power consumption will be increased.. how to minimize power consumption in that type of circuit

Re: what is the circuit for reducing power consumption

If you leave the PCB track open, all the power will reflect back which can cause catastrophic failure in your system. (I assume you are designing RF PCB since you talk about signal reflection)

How much power is dissipating on the termination resistor? If is it not much, then just leave it and move on to the next step of your design.
