microcontroller communication bluetooth

i m doing a project on bluetooth communication, whereby the text typed on PC is to be displayed on a distant LCD display. The display is controlled by a microcontroller which receives the text from the PC wirelessly via bluetooth. In this context, pls answer my foll. queries:

1) can 8051 microcontroller be used for bluetooth communication?

2) which is the best microcontroller for bluetooth communication?

3)given that i will use ROK101 as the bluetooth module (on the display side), which microcontroller should i use?
