Can't Reprogram PIC16F628A with Pickit2

i am able to program them very well with my pickit2 from Microchip as well as another full home brew version, thanks to 'computerman29' who uploaded a possible eagle artwork , later refined by others.

perhaps unfortunately you might be handling a damaged pic.

You may be right , I could have bricked it, but , could not brick 3 of them. But still, I cannot rule out the possibility.

the same microchip pickit2 complete version with through hole components, . it makes no spl meaning as op already has sure electronics make pickit2.

where did the op transfer the content to RB3, to get the pwm out?
