can I use a 6V UPS battery to power a virtex 2 pro board?

Battery for virtex 2 pro

Hello,

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could please verify whether I can use a 6V UPS battery to power a virtex 2 pro board.

I am required to use a system implemented in the virtex 2 pro board outdoors and thus need a way to power it up.
