Can anyone tell me if the T between the two inductors has got any importance or not.I am trying to generate an thz signal using cmos linear superimposition technique.Im using simulink to simulate the circuit.

DO you have any circuit examples of it that I can see.

Examples of what? "cmos linear superimposition technique"? If so, a google or literature search should yield plenty of results.

Thanks but I was referring to the "T" for examples.I am in a big time situation.I need to simulate the circuit using simulink and I faced a number of problems like these. Thanks anyways

I guess, you know that a transistor circuit needs a power supply. That answers the question, why the said "T" can't
be but a positive power supply symbol in this case. You may want to ask the circuit originator why he choosed this symbol.

Some people use a bar, some a circle, some an arrow. Whichever is used it is always a good idea to label them!

hi keith thanks for explaining.I got one more favor to ask.could you please look at the circuit and tell how many positive supply Vdd are there.is that a Vdd near ZL.that would make 3 Vdd.right?

is that a Vdd near ZL
Apart from knowing how to operate Simulink, did you ever hear how a transistor works? If you believe, that it needs a power supply, simply assume that there is a VDD connection at ZL.

Yes there is a VDD connection at the end of ZL making 3 in total.
