ADC information

how various noise factor in ADC are calculated ?
any help is appreciated.
 

ADC information

Add their contribution in power, e.g. quantization noise 50dB, thermal noise 48dB, mismatch 52dB, ... The ADC will have 10*log10(10^-5+10^-4.8+10^-5.2)dB SNR
