Is it possible in Cadence to simulate circuit whoose two parts are at different temperatures?

I don't think spectre can do that. I think you can run your circuit twice and use the dc result from 1st temperature to simulte your circuit uner 2nd temp. and 1st dc.

There is also the requirement to simulation different temp within a chip. But there is no Spice known to me which have devices with a "temperature pin". The standard method is to write AHDL and to model thermal coupling.
