I want to buy some books about electronics, I need your advices to buy the most suitable books and not to buy related books.

I searched and made a chart:

-Analog:
Analysis and Design of Analog Integrated Circuit, Gray Meyer

-Digital:
CMOS Digital Integrated Circuits Analysis and Design , Yusuf Leblebici Sung-Mo Kang

-Layout, Simulation:
CMOS Circuit Design, Layout, and Simulation, BAKER

Are these 3 books suitable choice to cover all the topics (or the most wide) ?

I may buy CMOS VLSI Design: A Circuits and Systems Perspective Weste, Neil, instead of CMOS Digital Integrated Circuits Analysis and Design. Which should i prefer?

I am looking for your advices.
