wideband amplifier

Hi!

I've a problem with the bias of my UWB amplifier.

It works in the 100MHz-3.8GHz very well, but the problem is (like alwais is) with the drain bias. I try all the differents inductors combination and I find the inductor's ressonances.

I've found a circuit in minicircuits, but it's too expensive! Do you have any solution?

Thank you for your help.

Try to use a combination of distributed inductor (microstrip) in series with different values (low to high) of lumped inductors.

Thank you for your answer.

This method is good for the high fréquencies (since 3 GHz), but in low frequencies the lines will be too wide! and I dispose a reduced place.

We need to pass betwen 500 mA - 1A (sorry, I forgot to say this! :p )

Do you have other idea?

Thanks!

I read this product and is a great idea!
I hope that it's not too expensive :)
Thank you very much!
